Smack!

I’m in one of those work frenzy holes, no spare thought cycles for anything. So here’s a scan of a piece of stationary that I’ve got in my desk. It’s an envelope that I got in Japan years ago. I never knew what it was trying to say, I still don’t. Any ideas?
